Coming in, my hair was so messed up (wrong color, transferred color, banding, uneven cut, and the stylist that previously did my roots didn’t even tone it) but Misti was able to walk my through the process she needed to do to get my hair as close to what i wanted it to be. She ensures that you are satisfied with your hair and was very patient with me which i very much appreciated :)) I will be coming back again, and I highly recommend Misti to anyone that wants creative color and color correction!
